As a Repair Center Tech, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing and repairing company products, ensuring they are returned to top working condition. You’ll use your mechanical and technical skills to troubleshoot, calibrate, and test equipment—contributing to the reliability and quality standards the company is known for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform in-house servicing and repair of company products at a designated repair center
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems issues using established procedures
- Conduct maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired units
- Prepare service reports to identify trends in product failures and serviceability
- Occasionally consult with field-based technicians for additional diagnostic insights
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in product repair, equipment servicing, or a technical/mechanical support role
- Familiarity with troubleshooting electronics, hardware/software systems, or calibration processes
- Comfortable following standard procedures and documentation protocols
- A strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to diagnostics and repairs
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal technical teams

- Location: Redmond, WA (onsite)
- Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $22.80 per hour
- Assignment Length: 6-months, with possibility of extensions for strong performers
