Marketing Manager (100% Onsite in Tukwila)

Our client is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving digital engagement, campaign performance, and sales growth. This is a full-time, in-office role based at their corporate headquarters in Tukwila, WA—ideal for someone ready to take full ownership of the marketing function.

What You’ll be Doing…

• Own and manage our company websites (Magento experience a plus)—keep content updated, SEO-optimized, and visually aligned with campaign goals.
• Execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, blogging, email campaigns, and social media management.
• Design visually compelling assets using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to support multi-channel campaigns.
• Write and edit high-quality content across web, email, and social platforms.
• Develop and deploy targeted email campaigns using CRM data and platforms like MailChimp.
• Build and manage integrated campaigns that generate leads and drive measurable sales conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party contractors to meet project goals and timelines.

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience (wholesale distribution background is a plus) within a small to midsized business
• Strong digital marketing skills, including working knowledge of HTML/CSS (no coding required).
• Experience with Magento or other CMS platforms.
• A strategic thinker with exceptional project management and time management skills.
• Proven ability to hold others accountable to timelines and deliverables.
• Results-oriented—focused on what drives sales, not just completing tasks.
• Able to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 annually (Exempt)
• Location: Tukwila, WA (must live within a reasonable commute)
• This is an onsite-only position—remote or hybrid work is not available.
