Our client, a mission-driven organization operating with the flexibility of a startup, is looking for a Marketing & Communications Project Manager who can bring process, creativity, and leadership to a transitioning department.



What You’ll be Doing…

  • Audit and Organize: Lead a department-wide audit of communication requests to understand current workflows and resource needs.
  • Streamline Requests: Develop forms and implement a ticketing system to manage incoming content and marketing needs across the organization.
  • Content Development: Write and produce engaging newsletters, recruitment collateral, and corporate communications aligned with branding.
  • Project Management: Coordinate rebranding and design refresh projects across a large volume of legacy and third-party materials.
  • Knowledge Management: Create a comprehensive "Comms Bible" documenting internal and external processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Website Redesign (High Priority): Lead the redesign of a corporate website in need of improved navigation, cleaner design, and brand clarity.



Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

  • Proven project management experience in marketing and communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for clear, engaging messaging.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity—able to pivot quickly and fill gaps where needed.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Forms, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • A deep understanding of web UX and visual branding.
  • Experience managing website redesigns is a major plus.
  • A team player mindset with strong customer service instincts.
  • A resourceful, proactive, and flexible problem-solver.


Here’s the important details:

·        Location: Remote – Must reside in Washington State

·        Pay Rate: $46-$58 per hour

·        Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

·        Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire after 800 hours of work

·        Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check
