We’re hiring an Employee Relations Coordinator for a temporary assignment through the end of 2025 to support a dynamic HR team in within a large Health system.


What You’ll be Doing…

  • Providing critical support in managing employee concerns, assisting in investigations, and promoting workplace policy awareness.
  • Be the go-to resource for keeping employee relations cases organized and confidential
  • Provide administrative support for performance improvement plans and disciplinary processes.
  • Respond to employee and manager questions regarding policies and workplace issues.
  • Monitor case trends and escalate recurring issues to leadership as needed.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Legal to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Assist in developing communication and training materials related to employee conduct.


Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

  • 1–3 years of HR or employee relations experience, within an ADA or union environment strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems (Workday, ServiceNow a plus).
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A high degree of discretion, empathy, and emotional intelligence.


Here’s the important details:

·        Location: Remote – Must reside in Washington State

·        Pay Rate: $36-$43 per hour

·        Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

·        Assignment Type: Temporary, Now-12/31/2025

·        Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check
