Patient Services Representative

What You’ll be Doing…

·        Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently

·        Obtain necessary documentation and handle confidential information

·        Answer phones and provide receptionist support within the physician’s office

·        Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to optimize patient care

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

·        At least 1 year of experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or similar role

·        Strong administrative and organizational skills – you enjoy putting your administrative skills to work while creating a positive and helpful patient experience!

·        Excellent communication and customer service abilities when interacting with patients and their families.

·        Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred

Here’s the important details:

·        Location: Spokane, WA

·        Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

·        Pay Rate: $25 to $27 per hour

·        Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

·        Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check, provide up to date immunization records, and a recent health screening.
