Job Summary: Palermo’s Pizza is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team at our Milwaukee manufacturing facility. As a member of our production line, you will play a key role in the creation of our high-quality frozen pizzas. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, assembling products, monitoring machinery, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble and package pizzas according to company standards. Inspect products for quality and consistency. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work collaboratively with other team members and departments. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous food production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
