LOCATIONPortland, OR – in office role

SALARY: $33-38/hr. DOE

SCHEDULE: Full-time | Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm | 6-8 months’ duration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Draft, revise, and finalize estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, directives, and related agreements.

  • Prepare supporting materials such as reciprocal documents, trust funding paperwork, and client-facing summaries.

  • Track and report billable hours toward a 1,200-hour annual goal, with administrative support from the team.

  • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and advisors to gather information, provide updates, and ensure accurate final deliverables.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • 3+ years of trusts | estate planning experience, with a solid grasp of how documents interconnect within an overall plan.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat (or similar), and DocuSign, with strong tech-savviness and document management skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Current Oregon Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain).


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role is based in a professional office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and document handling. Occasional movement within the office and attendance at in-person client signings are also part of the role.
