LOCATION: Fairview, OR

SALARY: $20-22/hr. DOE

SCHEDULE: Full-Time


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing calls, greeting guests, and managing visitor check-in and NDA processes.

  • Maintain a professional front desk by keeping the area clean, organized, and responsive to emails, Teams messages, and in-person inquiries.

  • Support day-to-day office operations including sorting mail, handling packages, and assisting with mailroom duties.

  • Coordinate logistics such as scheduling meetings, client visits, company events, and managing company pool car bookings and key distribution.

  • Provide administrative assistance to team members as needed, ensuring smooth internal communication and operational support.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role.

  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

  • Comfortable operating standard office equipment, including scanners, copiers, and printers.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  
This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift and carry packages up to 25 lbs, and move throughout the office to assist with mailroom duties, front desk upkeep, and guest coordination.
