LOCATION: Portland, OR
SALARY: $24-26/hr. DOE
SCHEDULE: Part-time, hybrid; 20 hours/wk.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for Talent Acquisition leadership, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries and logistics
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports in compliance with company policies
- Support day-to-day operations within the Talent Acquisition function, including meeting prep, document management, and follow-ups
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership by handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring efficient administrative execution
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Exceptional communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and effective multitasking skills
- Skilled in managing complex calendars, scheduling across time zones, and coordinating global travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with expense reporting and confidential documentation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods and to perform general office tasks such as typing, filing, and using standard office equipment. The position may also involve occasional lifting of items up to 15 pounds and the ability to move between meeting rooms within the office.
