LOCATION: Sacramento, CA 

SALARY: $21/hr. 

SCHEDULE: Tuesday – Friday | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm | 24 hours a week | Temp to Hire


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate all church communications, including email updates, newsletters, calendars, social media support, and the weekly printing of bulletins.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and databases, including member information, donation records, and church documentation.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare supporting materials, and coordinate volunteer involvement.
  • Oversee the church’s primary digital platform (G Suite), including shared drive organization and staff training on platform usage.
  • Procure office and hospitality supplies and manage vendor relationships to support facility operations.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within a nonprofit, church, or service-oriented setting.
  • Proficient in managing digital platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace (G Suite), Zoom, and Mailchimp.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Publisher.
  • Familiarity with church management systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
