As a Warehouse Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly by handling product filling, stocking, and shipping. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team, operate forklifts, and contribute to maintenance tasks—all while developing your skills in a supportive and reliable environment.

LOCATION: Portland, OR

SALARY: $20/hr.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Fill containers, stock products, and load trucks for distribution
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Learn and maintain all job-related processes and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail in daily operations
• Support a positive, customer-focused work environment and assist with additional duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Eligible for forklift certification
• Ability to meet specific vision standards (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment)
  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

• Endurance to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Comfortable working in dusty, noisy environments and in varying indoor/outdoor weather conditions
• Work is performed in a warehouse setting, with exposure to fluctuating temperatures, dust, noise, and occasional outdoor conditions
• Requires frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and climbing ladders
• Involves extended periods on concrete surfaces and operation around motorized vehicles
