LOCATION: Warrenton, OR
SALARY: $17.75/hr.
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8-5; Temporary, target start date May 26
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teamwork & Professionalism: Work collaboratively with coworkers to support shared goals, while consistently demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Attendance & Uniform Standards: Clock in/out accurately, including for breaks, and report to work on time in the required uniform, ready to begin duties.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic work environment by following “clean as you go” practices and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Food Service Operations: Perform key tasks such as setting up and breaking down food lines, serving meals, prepping salad bar items, restocking supplies, and washing dishes.
- Sanitation & Equipment Care: Routinely clean and sanitize dining areas, counters, drink/toaster stations, steam tables, and equipment, ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards.
- Compliance & Communication: Complete required temperature logs, follow food safety guidelines (HACCP/OSHA), report issues promptly, assist with deliveries, and check out with a supervisor before leaving.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 7-year criminal background check (no violent crimes)
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment properly
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Food service work requires standing for extended periods, frequent walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.
