LOCATION: Tacoma, WA
SALARY: $22.00
SCHEDULE: Full-Time |Monday – Friday | 8:30 am – 5:00pm | Long Term
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and transactional support for assigned teams within vehicle operations, including dealer services and out-of-market processes.
- Verify the accuracy of tax, forms, fees, license/VIN info, and ensure documents are properly signed, approved, and distributed per procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve exceptions and issues related to title, registration, and related work for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, customers, dealers, and vendors regarding procedures, status updates, and problem resolution.
- Stay current with title and registration regulations and ensure completion of title packets within state-specific requirements and deadlines.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or a combination of post-secondary education and 1 year of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior automotive titling experience is required; RegUSA experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using computers, calculators, and office equipment; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse individuals and provide excellent customer service.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team; self-motivated and personable.
- Notary license (Preferred) but not required.
