Account Manager
Seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, relaxed environment where your technical expertise and customer relationship skills will directly contribute to company success. This position is open due to growth.

Location: Vancouver, WA (Onsite)
Salary: Approximately $90,000 annually (salaried, no commission)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned OEM customer accounts to support growth objectives.
- Provide both sales and technical support for existing and new OEM customers.
- Proactively contact assigned accounts monthly to maintain satisfaction and continuity.
- Support custom product requests, coordinating closely with management and engineering.
- Attend and support trade shows as requested.
- Generate customer sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate internally with Customer Service, Engineering, and Production teams to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with technical support teams regarding customer needs, concerns, and RMAs.
- Prioritize and escalate customer issues as necessary.
- Continuously build product knowledge and participate in ongoing education.
- Take ownership of tasks within defined workflow processes.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree or equivalent education/work experience with emphasis on industrial controls and automation.
- 3+ years of customer relations/sales experience in the industrial market with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of the sales process, customer buying behavior, and closing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to perform basic physical tasks such as typing, writing, and reading.
