Responsibilities
• Process employee applications and ensure all new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, Health Benefits, Client Onboarding Documents) is completed accurately
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports, update employee records, and complete onboarding tasks
• Post jobs, source candidates, and leverage recruiting tools including job boards and text messaging platforms
• Conduct pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug testing, reference checks, and certification verification
• Actively engage with candidate leads to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Write and post accurate, compliant, and engaging job descriptions to attract qualified applicants
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assist candidates with resume development as needed
• Prepare detailed submittal write-ups highlighting candidate qualifications for client review
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing interview coaching when necessary
• Extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and ensure successful placements
• Support payroll processes including timekeeping, reconciliation, and distribution
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support recruiting and client service functions
Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or related field (staffing agency experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook) and solid computer literacy
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to critically evaluate candidate qualifications and recommend top talent based on client requirements
Pay
$19.00 – $22.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | Full-Time
