Nexeo HR is hiring driven and dependable Fulfillment Associates to join an innovative, fast-growing team in South Las Vegas! In this essential role, you'll help ensure customers receive accurate, high-quality meal orders—making a real impact in the healthcare food delivery industry.

Our client is a national leader in refrigerated, home-delivered meals, experiencing rapid expansion. They’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick, scan, and organize items to fulfill customer orders
Neatly and safely pack products to meet quality and portion standards
Follow strict safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
Maintain focus and productivity while working in a refrigerated environment
Support general warehouse operations and cleanliness

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics setting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8–10 hours
Comfortable working in cold storage conditions for the duration of the shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Positive team-player attitude with solid communication skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and open to weekends, holidays, and OT

Pay

$17.00 - $18.50 Per Hour

Schedule

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $17.00/hr
Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $18.00/hr
Graveyard Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $18.50/hr
