Responsibilities
• Monitor equipment to ensure customer products meet specifications.
• Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures and maintain cleanliness of production equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas.
• Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Monitor and document processes, including temperatures, flows, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) compliance.
• Keep tools and equipment clean, calibrated, and ready for use.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks to support seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, equipment checks, and quality control processes.
• Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and uphold high-quality standards.
Qualifications
• Required: Some experience with sanitation processes, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and/or quality control within a production environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict cleanliness and quality control (QC) guidelines.
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a production setting.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for problem solving.
Pay
$17.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | 7:00 AM -5:30 PM | Monday -Thursday | 4-Day Work Week
