Responsibilities

•    Set up, calibrate, and operate automated filling and packaging machines.

•    Monitor and run two machines per shift, ensuring efficiency and reducing downtime.

•    Perform routine maintenance such as replacing rubber, Teflon, and seal tape.

•    Load packaging film rolls (up to 40 lbs) and conduct film changes.

•    Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust feed rolls, seals, and die cuts as needed.

•    Check product weights and make equipment adjustments to maintain quality standards.

•    Complete accurate daily production reports and documentation.

•    Assist with box assembly, palletizing, and labeling for outbound shipments.

•    Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and SOPs.

Qualifications

•    1+ year of experience in machine operation, warehouse, or production (filling/packaging equipment a plus).

•    Basic knowledge of GMP, quality control, and safety procedures.

•    Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions/settings.

•    Comfortable using hand tools for minor adjustments and part changes.

•    Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks (standing, lifting, pulling).

•    Able to read and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively with the team.

•    Positive, team-player attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Pay 

$17.00 Per Hour

Schedule 

Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday – Thursday
