Swing Shift Printing Press Operator | St. George, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring a Swing Shift Printing Press Operator for a fast-growing company specializing in event activations, trade show displays, and custom brand experiences. This role is for a reliable, detail-focused operator with experience running large or grand-format digital printers and working in high-volume print production environments. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality custom print projects using industry-leading equipment on a consistent weekday swing shift.

Responsibilities

•  Operate grand/large-format digital printers and related finishing equipment

•  Prepare, review, and verify print files for accuracy before production

•  Calibrate printers and select appropriate media, inks, and substrates

•  Monitor print runs to ensure quality, consistency, and color accuracy

•  Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance

•  Complete finishing tasks including trimming, laminating, cutting, and mounting

•  Maintain accurate production records and assist with inventory tracking

•  ackage and prepare completed projects for shipment

•  Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and production staff

•  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

•  Follow all company safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications

•  High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)

•  Proven experience operating large or grand format digital printers

•  Working knowledge of RIP software, color management, and print substrates

•  Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

•  Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

•  Effective organizational, time management, and communication skills

•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

•  Prior experience in a print shop or graphics production environment preferred

Pay

$17.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Swing Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
