Production Associate 

Nexeo is seeking reliable Production Associates to join a manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have prior production experience, a history of steady employment, and a strong commitment to remain employed for at least one year. This role requires attention to detail, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work overtime, including Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks safely and efficiently on assigned shifts

• Operate production equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (Shipping & Receiving roles)

• Wear required personal protective equipment (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, etc.)

• Maintain consistent attendance and follow all operational and safety protocols

• Participate in site orientation and required testing (dexterity and lifting assessments)

• Follow ITAR compliance requirements as applicable

• Complete onboarding and training as scheduled

• Support overtime and weekend production as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year prior production experience

• Ability to start within 2 weeks of assignment

• Ability to stand for entire shift and work overtime as required

• Strong commitment to remain employed for at least one year

• Must speak and read English

• Ability to pass background and drug screening (certain felonies/misdemeanors may be disqualifying)

• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)

• No prior strikes with Nexeo HR in the last 6 months

• Not currently employed at or recently terminated from an Autoliv location (or cleared for rehire)

• Preferred: Located between Brigham and Tremonton

Pay Rate

$19.50 – $21.06 per hour

Shift/Schedule

Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Swing Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM

Grave Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM
