As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by filling client orders with quality candidates and ensuring a smooth transition to the job site. This position requires a proactive and driven approach to identifying, interviewing, and placing candidates—often with urgency. You will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and related departments to ensure accurate documentation and a positive candidate experience. While operating as an individual contributor, you will also work as part of a collaborative team to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
• Process employee applications and ensure all new hire documentation (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, ESC, and client forms) is completed accurately
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to source candidates, update records, run reports, and complete onboarding
• Use recruiting tools such as job posting platforms, texting software, and sourcing resources
• Complete pre-employment steps including background checks, drug screens, reference checks, and certifications
• Actively engage leads and maintain a strong, ongoing talent pipeline
• Leverage personal and professional networks to source top talent
• Create accurate, compliant job descriptions
• Review resumes and conduct pre-screens and second interviews
• Assist candidates with resume creation when needed
• Write submittal summaries outlining candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide interview preparation when needed
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when applicable
• Support payroll processes including time collection, reconciliation, and distribution
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Administrative Support, or Recruiting is a plus
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule or additional hours when needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Positive, motivated, and professional demeanor
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in HR
Pay
$19.00 – $20.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
