Nexeo is hiring an Estimator to join a leading steel fabrication and erection company in North Las Vegas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a long-term career in construction from the office side. You will receive direct training from senior estimators and preconstruction managers while developing hands-on skills in blueprint reading, quantity take-offs, estimating software, and bid preparation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings to complete accurate quantity take-offs

• Support bid preparation and proposal development for steel fabrication and erection projects

• Track costs, identify risks, and assist with budget preparation

• Learn and implement estimating software and digital construction tools

• Collaborate with senior team members to produce competitive and accurate bids

Qualifications

• Some construction experience (structural steel experience a plus)

• Strong interest in plan reading, estimating, and construction processes

• Desire to learn from senior professionals and develop long-term estimating skills

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and efficiency

• Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems, including AI-based tools

• Collaborative mindset with high personal accountability

Pay

$20.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 6:00am – 3:00pm
