Nexeo is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a leading steel fabrication and steel erection company in North Las Vegas, NV. This team specializes in structural steel, metal building systems, commercial and industrial construction, and large-scale field installation. If you're a hands-on jobsite leader who drives performance, commands respect, and keeps projects safe, profitable, and on schedule, this role is an excellent fit.
Responsibilities
• Lead multiple steel erection and fabrication crews across active project sites
• Direct and coordinate foremen to ensure clear communication and accountability
• Maintain tight schedules, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Enforce all safety standards to support a zero-incident culture
• Identify and resolve issues quickly with confident, effective decision-making
• Translate project plans into field execution with minimal oversight
• Lead by example—stay hands-on when necessary while developing and delegating to your team
Qualifications
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (read, write, speak, and lead effectively)
• 10+ years construction experience, including 5+ years as a Superintendent
• Strong background in steel erection, structural steel, metal building systems, or heavy commercial construction
• Proven ability to lead crews in fast-paced, complex jobsite environments
• Strong focus on efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability
• High integrity—no tolerance for shortcuts, dishonesty, or wasted resources
• Tough, fair leader respected by field teams and foremen
Pay
$90,000.00 Annually
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00am – 3:00pm
