Nexeo is looking for a General Superintendent to join a leading steel fabrication and erection company based in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This organization specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing structural steel and metal building solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.
This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who thrives on the jobsite, leads by example, and ensures projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Lead field operations by overseeing multiple crews and foremen across various steel erection and fabrication projects
- Drive project performance by maintaining schedules, reducing inefficiencies, and protecting job profitability
- Champion jobsite safety by enforcing safety standards and ensuring every worker goes home safely, every day
- Mentor and support teams through hands-on leadership, coaching foremen, and resolving issues quickly
- Execute independently by taking direction from leadership and driving plans forward with minimal oversight
- Communicate effectively with company leadership, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment and progress
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
- 10+ years of construction experience, preferably in structural steel or metal building environments
- Minimum of 5 years in a Superintendent or General Superintendent role
- Strong knowledge of steel erection processes, construction scheduling, and jobsite logistics
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
- Deep commitment to construction safety, quality control, and productivity
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Pay Rate: $110,000.00
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift/Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
