Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Support production lines by delivering materials accurately and on time
• Maintain clean and organized staging areas, storage locations, and work zones
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns
• Follow all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company procedures
• Ensure proper stacking, spacing, and securing of materials to prevent damage
• Assist warehouse and production teams with material flow as needed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain efficient workflow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• 1–2 years of forklift or warehouse material-handling experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Job Type

Full-Time

Pay 

$21.85–$22.52/hr

Shift/Schedule:

Swing Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Grave Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM | Monday – Friday

Mandatory overtime may be required
