Responsibilities
• Lead installation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Oversee timelines, workflow, and overall project quality
• Train and support installation team members
• Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and management
• Ensure proper handling, transport, and installation of stone materials
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Review and interpret plans, measurements, and job specifications
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in granite/marble installation or similar stonework
• Proven leadership or crew lead experience
• Strong understanding of measurements, plans, and construction drawings
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, professional, and able to lead by example
• Dress code: No tank tops; no shirts with graphic or derogatory prints
Pay
$28.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7 AM–5 PM
