HVAC Technician | St. George, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring an experienced HVAC Technician for a full-time, long-term position in St. George, Utah. This role offers steady work in both shop and field environments and is ideal for someone with hands-on HVAC experience who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.

You will be responsible for supporting installations, maintenance, and repairs of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems while working alongside a skilled and supportive team. Responsibilities

• Perform heating, cooling, and ventilation system installations, repairs, and service

• Work in both shop and field environments as assigned

• Assist with HVAC system diagnostics and troubleshooting

• Support installation of HVAC units, ducting, and ventilation components

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company standards

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC experience required

• Ability to perform installations, repairs, and general HVAC system work

• Willingness to work in both shop and field settings

• No personal tools required

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full shift

• Must meet standard onboarding requirements (background and drug screening if applicable)

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour
