Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work well within a team, and excellent time-management skills. Responsibilities
• Operate machinery and equipment to assemble, package, or process products according to production guidelines.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance to ensure all items meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in alignment with safety and efficiency protocols.
• Monitor the production line to identify and address issues or malfunctions in real time.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations to support a smooth, safe workflow.
Qualifications
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts while standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a high-energy environment and meet production goals.
Pay
$21.06/hr
Schedule
Sunday Night – Friday Morning | 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM | Must be available for mandatory weekend overtime.
