Production Line Worker | Ogden

Nexeo HR is hiring Production Line Workers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Ogden, UT. Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to assemble, package, and process products

• Inspect finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Monitor production lines and report any issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns

• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

• Work efficiently to meet daily production and performance targets

Qualifications

• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts while standing and performing repetitive tasks

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed

• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet performance and quality goals

• Reliable teamwork, communication, and time-management skills

Pay

$21.06 per hour

Schedule

Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:45 PM–10:00 PM

Grave Shift: Sunday night–Friday morning, 9:45 PM–6:00 AM

Must be available for mandatory weekend overtime.
