Clamp Forklift Operator | Fort Worth, TX

Nexeo HR is hiring experienced Clamp Forklift Operators to support a high-volume logistics facility in Fort Worth, TX. This role requires strong sit-down forklift skills with clamp attachment experience. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and confident handling large, high-value freight.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts with clamp attachments to load, unload, stack, and move freight

• Handle high-value and non-palletized products with precision to avoid damage

• Perform put-away, replenishment, receiving, and outbound movements

• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions

• Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts

• Inspect forklifts and clamp equipment daily; report maintenance needs

• Follow all warehouse and safety policies, including proper stacking, securing, and clamp pressure use

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Communicate effectively with warehouse, receiving, and outbound teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clamp forklift experience (sit-down with clamp attachment)

• Strong ability to safely handle non-palletized freight

• Comfortable using RF scanners and basic warehouse systems

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

• Must pass written & practical forklift tests

• Must pass a 10-year national background check

• Must pass a drug screening

• Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset

• Must speak and understand English

Pay

$21.95 – $24.45 per hour

Schedule

• A1 Shift (Weekdays): $20.00/hr | Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• A2 Shift (Weeknights): $21.50/hr | Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM

• B2 Shift (Weekend Nights): $22.50/hr | Saturday – Monday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• B1 Shift (Weekend Days): $22.50/hr | Saturday – Monday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
