Manufacturing Operator | Logan, UT
Nexeo HR is hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join the Knitting Department at our client’s Logan facility. Team members in this department support the manufacturing of high-quality knitted materials used in advanced textile products. This role requires attention to detail, consistent attendance, and the ability to thrive in a production environment.
Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor knitting machines to ensure consistent product quality
• Perform machine set-up, threading, and minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect materials for quality, identifying defects or irregularities
• Maintain accurate records of production and timekeeping
• Keep workstations organized and clean, following all safety procedures
• Communicate any mechanical issues or production concerns promptly to the supervisor
• Follow company policies regarding attendance, time reporting, and workplace conduct
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Previous manufacturing, textile, or machine operation experience preferred but not required
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
Pay
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule
2-2-3 | 7:00pm-7:30am with a 30 minute lunch
