Customer Service Coordinator | Las Vegas, NV
Nexeo HR is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Coordinator to support a global leader in advanced LED lighting solutions for gaming systems within casino environments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering a Best-In-Class customer experience.

Responsibilities
• Ensure all customer orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
• Support supply chain activities to meet customer shipment schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries, supply chain coordination, and operations-related requests.
• Process, validate, and confirm incoming sales orders and scheduled shipments.
• Assist in preparing sales quotes and ensure pricing aligns with gross margin requirements.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure proper inventory control.
• Complete routine and ad-hoc reporting for internal and customer use.
• Generate invoices, credit notes, and RMAs as needed.
• Coordinate both domestic and international shipments.
• Perform minimal purchasing of raw materials and miscellaneous supplies.
• Manage administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, documentation, and report generation.
• Communicate directly with customers and internal teams to schedule, follow up, and ensure satisfaction.
• Determine whether incoming sales orders should be processed internally or referred to the sales team.
• Provide back-office support and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Courteous, polished telephone presence.
• Previous experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service required.
• Experience in the gaming, casino, or gaming equipment industry a plus.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Must be a local Las Vegas resident (no relocation assistance available).
Pay
$65,000 per year
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
