Architect / Senior Architect (Direct Hire)

Nexeo HR is hiring Architects and Senior Architects for direct-hire, full-time, onsite roles supporting major mission-critical facility design, large industrial infrastructure, and complex architectural environments. These positions involve architectural design, 3D modeling, code analysis, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination for large, technical, and highly regulated facilities. Candidates with experience in Revit, facility design, architectural detailing, building codes, and industrial or large-scale projects are strongly encouraged to apply. These roles offer a 9x80 schedule (every other Friday off), paid overtime, relocation assistance, and long-term career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, drawings, and construction documentation

• Create 3D models, renderings, architectural details, and facility layouts in Revit

• Prepare conceptual studies, reports, estimates, quantity take-offs, and design packages

• Conduct building code research and support full code compliance reviews

• Update documentation to reflect design changes and field conditions

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, vendors, contractors, and project teams

• Participate in design reviews, constructability discussions, and project planning meetings

• Assist with field coordination, design verification, and model accuracy

• Maintain organized project records, drawings, and documentation

• Senior-level: lead architectural design phases including planning, scheduling, and coordination

• Senior-level: perform advanced building code analyses and constructability reviews

• Senior-level: develop solutions for complex design challenges and evaluate materials

• Senior-level: prepare specifications, procurement documents, bid evaluations, and change orders

• Senior-level: support construction by reviewing field change requests and nonconformance reports

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

• 1+ years of architectural experience (Architect)

• 6+ years of architectural experience (Senior Architect)

• Proficiency with Revit for modeling, renderings, and documentation

• Experience in facility design, architectural layout, and building codes

• Knowledge of drawings, specifications, construction methods, and engineering deliverables

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Understanding of interdisciplinary design workflows

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana)

• Must hold a Real ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID

Pay

$85,000 – $180,000

Schedule

Full-Time | On-Site

9x80 Work Schedule (Every Other Friday Off)

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
