Architect (Mid–Senior Level) | Ogden, UT

We are seeking experienced Mid-level and Senior Architects to support large-scale, high-profile design and construction projects across multiple locations. This is a full-time, on-site position offering paid overtime, a 9x80 schedule, and strong work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute architectural design phases including layouts, drawings, and specifications

• Prepare conceptual studies, renderings, reports, and planning documents

• Perform building code analyses and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Develop facility layouts and architectural details using Revit or 3D modeling tools

• Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, forecasts, and change orders

• Review technical bids and support award recommendations

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, contractors, clients, and project teams

• Analyze complex architectural issues and recommend solutions

• Support construction activities including RFIs, nonconformance reports, and constructability reviews

• Prepare work and material specifications and assist with CSI MasterFormat documentation

• Mentor junior architects and support collaborative team development

• Lead or participate in design reviews and technical discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or international equivalent)

• 5+ years of facility design, architectural detailing, and code analysis experience

• Proficiency in Revit, CADD applications, and architectural rendering software

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong knowledge of architectural deliverables, construction methods, and materials

• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills

Preferred

• Registered Architect (RA) license

• Familiarity with large-scale or multi-site design projects

• Advanced knowledge of CSI MasterFormat

• Experience with complex technical specifications or standards

• Master’s degree in Architecture

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000+ DOE

Schedule

Full-Time | On-Site

9x80 Work Schedule (Every Other Friday Off)

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
