As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll guide a reliable team, operate forklifts, and ensure every shipment goes out safely and on time — all while working in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

•Lead and motivate warehouse team members to achieve daily goals in safety, accuracy, and productivity

•Operate forklifts (stand-up reach, cherry picker, or sit-down)

•Oversee loading/unloading, labeling, and organizing shipments

•Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

•Report and resolve damaged or missing shipments

•Train and mentor new team members

•Track inventory and assist with daily reporting

Qualifications

•2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience

•1+ year in a lead, senior, or supervisory role

•Certified or experienced with forklifts (reach, cherry picker, sit-down)

•Strong communication and teamwork skills

•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

•High school diploma or GED required

•Must pass a background check and drug screen

Pay

$23.00–$25.50 per hour (depending on shift)

Schedule

•A1 (Weekdays): $23.00/hr | Tues–Fri, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

•A2 (Weeknights): $24.50/hr | Tues–Fri, 6:00 PM–5:00 AM

•B1 (Weekend Days): $25.50/hr | Sat–Mon, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

•B2 (Weekend Nights): $25.50/hr | Sat–Mon, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
