Nexeo HR is hiring an experienced RMA & Returns Clerk to join a high-tech data center team in Sparks, NV (USA Parkway area). This role is ideal for candidates with experience in RMA processing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or returns management—especially those who’ve worked in data centers, warehouses, or logistics facilities.

Responsibilities

Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes, including receiving, inspecting, documenting, and tracking returned parts.
Verify and separate materials by barcode, inspect for damage, and label for correct processing.
Maintain accurate inventory records, perform daily/monthly cycle counts, and escalate discrepancies promptly.
Process inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy, ensuring documentation and system updates are completed per SOPs.
Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for domestic and international shipments.
Order packaging materials and maintain proper stock levels.
Resolve RMA tickets and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs).
Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently.
Support cross-department collaboration, assisting with shipping, receiving, and spares inventory as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

1–2+ years of experience in RMA, returns, shipping/receiving, or inventory control (data center or warehouse environment preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or RF scanners a plus.
Strong accuracy in data entry, documentation, and inventory reconciliation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (team lifts) and work on your feet for most of the shift.
Reliable transportation to the USA Parkway area required.
Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Pay

$25.00 per hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Full-time | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Must be willing to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed
