Nexeo HR is hiring a Quality Auditor / Quality Control Associate to join a leading logistics and distribution organization in Fort Worth, TX. This position plays a vital role in maintaining product accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout the warehouse operation. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
As a Quality Auditor, you’ll be responsible for verifying order accuracy, inspecting shipments, identifying defects, and ensuring all documentation is properly completed before products leave the warehouse. This role also involves forklift operation and other general warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
• Verify product and order accuracy by cross-checking documentation, labels, and system data.
• Record and document product defects; report recurring issues to supervisors.
• Participate in quality control checks and help identify process improvements.
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with picking, packing, loading, and unloading as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete quality inspection reports.
• Label, weigh, and prepare freight for shipment following standard procedures.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Demonstrate reliability and professionalism through consistent attendance and performance.
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or quality control preferred.
• Proficient with RF scanners and computer-based inventory systems.
• Experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a 10-year national background check and 5-panel drug screening (including THC).
• Physically able to lift 10–15 lbs and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.
Pay
$22.50 per hour
Schedule
A2: Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 PM–5:00 AM ($21.50/hr)
B1: Saturday–Monday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM ($22.50/hr)
B2: Saturday–Monday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM ($22.50/hr)
