Customer Service Associate | Salt Lake City, UT
Nexeo HR is hiring Customer Service Associates to join a professional call center team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to customers through both phone and email communication — with about half of your time spent responding to incoming customer emails. This position is ideal for individuals with strong computer skills, excellent written communication, and a passion for helping others. Candidates must be available for full training and consistent work throughout the busy holiday season.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries
• Handle inbound customer service calls with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
• Navigate multiple systems and databases to resolve issues and provide information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Support daily call center operations and contribute to team goals and service quality
Qualifications
• Proficient in computer use, email platforms, and navigating customer service tools
• Average to above-average typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
Pay Rate
$15.75
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
