Nexeo HR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our recruiting operations across the Ogden and Logan branches. This pivotal role drives talent acquisition strategies, ensures recruiting excellence, and leads a high-performing team to meet the company’s hiring goals. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, and the ability to build and inspire a motivated recruiting team.
This position is primarily based in our Ogden, UT office.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and lead the recruiting teams across the Ogden and Logan branches
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals
• Manage, train, and mentor recruiters to ensure performance, consistency, and professional growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to enhance efficiency and results
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies accordingly
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and talent acquisition best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a goal-driven environment
Pay
$50,000–$60,000 per year
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Environment
• This is a full-time position
• This position is in-office within the Ogden/Logan, UT area
• Operates in a professional office environment with no specialized physical demands
