Fleet Coordinator | Henderson, NV

Nexeo HR is hiring a Fleet Coordinator for a fast-paced warehouse operation in Henderson, NV. In this role, you’ll be at the center of logistics — coordinating drivers, trucks, and schedules to ensure deliveries run efficiently and on time. This position is ideal for someone with dispatch or fleet management experience who thrives in a high-energy, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

•   Coordinate and schedule dispatches for 10–15 drivers and trucks per shift

•   Communicate daily assignments with drivers, warehouse, and facility teams (Inbound/Outbound)

•   Monitor delivery progress and resolve route or scheduling issues in real time

•   Track and maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records

•   Collaborate with safety and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

•   Ensure compliance with DOT Hours of Service and transportation regulations

•   Use Excel and dispatch software for scheduling, reporting, and tracking

•   Support warehouse operations with clear and organized communication

Qualifications

•   1+ years of experience in fleet, warehouse, or internal dispatch coordination

•   Ability to manage 10–15 drivers and trucks per shift

•   Strong written and verbal communication skills

•   Proficient in Excel and familiar with fleet/telematics systems

•   Knowledge of U.S. DOT Hours of Service and basic truck/trailer operations

•   Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

•   Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities

•   Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus

•   Team-oriented with a focus on communication and efficiency

Pay

$26.00 per hour

Schedule

•   Weekend Shift: Friday – Monday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

•  Weekday Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
