Nexeo HR is hiring a Print Shop Production Worker in St. George, UT! This position plays a key role in producing and finishing high-quality fabric graphics, signs, decals, vinyl banners, billboards, and trade show booths. Team members will work with a variety of production equipment—including laminators, CNC routers, hand tools, and industrial sewing machines—while following standardized sheets, drawings, samples, and verbal instructions.\

Responsibilities

•   Assist with all aspects of print production, including cutting, finishing, laminating, and mounting, while maintaining quality standards

•   Collaborate with the design team to understand specifications, layouts, and finishing requirements

•   Operate cutting machines, laminators, heat presses, and adhesive applicators to finalize graphics and signage

•   Trim, mount, and laminate printed graphics onto multiple substrates with precision and alignment

•   Apply finishing techniques such as trimming, mounting, laminating, and adhesive application to ensure durability and visual appeal

•   Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to meet design specifications

•   Coordinate workflow with production team members to meet project deadlines

•  Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, performing routine care and basic repairs

Qualifications

•   Previous experience in a print shop, printing, or production environment required

•   Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

•   Strong attention to detail and precision in alignment, color matching, and finishing

•   Good hand-eye coordination for working with cutting tools, laminators, and mounting devices

•   Familiarity with materials such as vinyl, acrylic, fabric, and metal used in signage production

•   Experience operating tools and equipment such as cutting machines, laminators, and heat presses

•  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in production processes

Pay

$17.00–$17.50 per hour

Schedule

Swing Shift | 2:00pm – 11:00pm | Monday - Friday
