Nexeo HR is hiring a Carpenter/Laborer to join a custom doors and moldings shop in Logan, Utah. This full-time opportunity is perfect for individuals with hands-on carpentry or cabinetry experience who enjoy working with precision, craftsmanship, and detail. Responsibilities

•    Measure, cut, assemble, and finish custom doors and moldings according to specifications

•    Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and shop equipment

•    Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

•    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

•    Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and on-time completion

•    Perform quality checks and troubleshoot minor production issue

Qualifications

•    Previous carpentry, cabinetry, or related shop experience required

•    Proficient with hand tools, measuring tools, and basic shop equipment

•    Ability to read and follow instructions in English (Spanish-only candidates may be considered; note language proficiency on application)

•    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications

•    Must pass a basic skills test (tape measure/hand tool)

•    Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule

•    Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop tasks

Pay

$16.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (½ hour lunch)
