Nexeo HR is now hiring Production Machine Operators to join a local manufacturing partner in Ogden, Utah. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping production lines running efficiently. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn, can follow safety and quality standards, and thrive in a team setting.
Responsibilities
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with production line tasks as needed to meet daily goals
Qualifications
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety and quality standards
• Comfortable working in both warm and cold environments
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• Steel-toed boots required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Pay
$20.00–$21.50 per hour
Schedule
2-2-3 schedule | 12-hour shifts | Day (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) & Night (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Overtime available
