Representatives will interact with consumers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate order management, product support, and a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

•    Serve as the primary contact for consumer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

•    Process and manage customer orders with 100% accuracy

•    Troubleshoot and resolve product-related concerns

•    Coordinate product returns and create shipping documentation

•    Provide timely follow-up to consumer inquiries within 24 hours

•    Communicate order changes to internal departments as needed

•    Build and maintain strong consumer and team relationships through excellent service

•    Disassemble/reassemble products (with training) during probationary period

•    Support a fast-paced environment with multitasking, accuracy, and attention to detail

Qualifications

•    Previous experience in customer service, call center, or order processing roles preferred

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills

•    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

•    Basic technical/mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn product assembly

•    Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

•    Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated by delivering a great customer experience

Pay

$16.50 – $20.38 Per Hour + Commission Opportunities

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
