Customer Service Rep | Salt Lake City, UT


Nexeo HR is seeking dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representatives for long-term, full-time positions in Salt Lake City, UT. These roles are ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reliability and perfect attendance are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

•    Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

•    Answer inbound calls and resolve questions regarding products and equipment

•    Gather information and provide solutions to customer concerns

•    Deliver exceptional service through active listening and problem-solving

•    Accurately document and maintain customer records


Qualifications

•    Up to 1 year of inbound customer service experience preferred

•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

•    Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new web-based software

•    Experience with ten-key entry and multi-line phone systems

•    Reliable attendance and a strong sense of urgency

•    Ability to type at least 25 WPM


Pay

$15.75 per hour


Schedule

•    Regular shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM with a Saturday rotation every 3rd week

•    Training shift (first 2 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
