Responsibilities

•    Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, inventory updates, and shipment documentation.

•    Coordinate with internal teams (Scheduling, Production, Shipping, and Quality) to ensure accurate and timely communication.

•    Manage and maintain customer artwork, specifications, and documentation according to company standards.

•    Track purchase orders, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to customers and account managers.


Qualifications

•    2–4+ years of experience in Customer Service or Account Management.

•    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.

•    Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

•    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Pay

$18.00 per hour


Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
