Responsibilities

•    Assist in fabricating and installing sheet metal ducts, fittings, and components

•    Work with experienced installers on both commercial and residential HVAC projects

•    Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

•    Safely use hand tools and power tools under supervision

•    Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces

•    Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

•    No HVAC experience required — farm, construction, or mechanical background preferred

•    Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade

•    Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

•    Reliable transportation to job sites in Cache Valley

•    Must pass a drug test and background check

•    Mechanical aptitude and interest in long-term HVAC career development

Pay

$20.00 – $22.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
