MarTech Project Manager | Las Vegas, NV
Nexeo HR is seeking a MarTech Project Manager to join a leading financial institution in the Las Vegas area. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in project management, marketing technology, and digital systems optimization. The MarTech Project Manager will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions—driving efficiency, enhancing digital marketing tools, and ensuring seamless project execution.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Define, document, and maintain workflows, processes, and system functionality
• Produce high-quality documentation including technical writing, process/system mapping, and training materials
• Collaborate with Technical Product Managers, Development Teams, and Business Segment Directors to improve project outcomes
• Support the development and rollout of training plans for MarTech systems
• Optimize MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools to improve operational efficiency and performance
• Manage multiple projects using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business systems, analysis, design, or development (financial services experience preferred)
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills, including process/system mapping
• Proven ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability
Pay
$55.00 Per Hour (DOE) + Benefits
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
