Appliance Sales Associate | Smithfield, Utah

Nexeo is hiring an Appliance Sales Associate to join our partner’s team in Smithfield, Utah. This role is ideal for someone with a dynamic personality who thrives in sales—or is eager to launch a successful sales career. You’ll split your time between the showroom and the field, building lasting relationships with customers, contractors, and interior designers while also driving new business through in-person visits, phone calls, and cold calling.

Responsibilities

•   Greet and assist customers in the showroom, guiding them through appliance options and upselling when appropriate.

•   Build a clientele by developing relationships with contractors, interior designers, and new leads.

•   Generate business through in-person visits, phone calls, and cold calls.

•   Assist with loading/unloading trucks and wrapping products for shipping (must lift up to 50 lbs).

•   Meet monthly sales goals and consistently strive to exceed performance targets.

•  Contribute to a family-oriented, team-focused culture that values professionalism and customer care.

Qualifications

•   Sales experience preferred, but a strong desire to succeed in sales will also be considered.

•   Outgoing, dynamic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•   Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales goals independently.

•   Strong customer service skills and team-oriented mindset.

•   Willingness to study and learn detailed product knowledge on appliances.

•   Comfortable with cold calling and building strong business relationships.

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday

•   Weekdays: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

•   Saturdays: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM (every Saturday required)

•   One weekday off (likely Tuesday)
