Nexeo HR is hiring a Front Office Administrator to join a leading production facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong administrative, customer service, and office support experience. The ideal applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing seamless support to internal teams.


Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet, assist, and direct visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival.

• Answer, screen, and route phone calls to the appropriate staff or department.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email correspondence, packages, and deliveries.

• Assist with document preparation, data entry, reports, and presentations.

• Order, track, and organize office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.

• Troubleshoot and monitor office equipment such as printers, phones, and scanners.

• Respond to inquiries from staff, customers, and external stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Provide administrative support to internal teams, including customer communication and follow-up.


Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, phone systems).

• Strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.

• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.

• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

• Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.

• Ability to work with diverse teams, clients, and vendors.

• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Comfortable adapting to fast-paced, dynamic work environments and taking on new responsibilities.


Pay

$18.00


Schedule

Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm
